• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, they will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

Section 03 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

All bonuses and promotional offers at baazi 999 come with specific conditions. It is important to confirm the wagering requirements of any bonus before claiming it.

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

baazi 999 Weekly Deposit Festival — a 30% bonus on any deposit each week, up to ৳5,000, with a 15x wagering requirement. The Friday baazi 999 Dhamaka Offer gives a 40% bonus on a single deposit every Friday, up to ৳6,000, with an 18x wagering requirement. The baazi 999 Cricket Charger Offer gives a 50% bonus on any working day before placing cricket bets, up to ৳8,000, with a 20x wagering requirement.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may not be claimed more than once unless the terms state otherwise.
• A bonus cannot be treated as direct cash; it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering conditions have been met.
• If bonus abuse or deliberate betting patterns designed solely to meet bonus conditions are detected, baazi 999 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.
• No bonus will apply if the minimum deposit of ৳200 is not met.

Section 05 VIP Program and Cashback

The baazi 999 VIP Program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier earns a weekly cashback, which is a fixed percentage of the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings).

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Example: A Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week receives ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback. Advancement through VIP tiers is determined by a member's overall activity — no specific turnover threshold is published.

Cashback is automatically credited to the account on a weekly basis and is withdrawable subject to the applicable wagering conditions.

Section 06 Gaming and Betting Rules

Each game and betting market on baazi 999 has its own detailed rules. General rules are listed below:

6.1 Slots and Casino Games

The outcome of all slots and live casino games is determined by a verified Random Number Generator (RNG). RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available on the game page. If a technical fault occurs during a game, the result of that round may be voided and the stake returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, and other sports, the stake will be refunded if an event is cancelled. A bet placed in live betting cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. If a match is abandoned or the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, settlement will be made accordingly.

6.3 Betting Limits

Maximum and minimum bet amounts are set for each market and game and are displayed in the game interface. baazi 999 reserves the right to adjust betting limits for any member.

Section 07 Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baazi 999:

• Bonus abuse — creating deliberate betting patterns solely to meet bonus conditions.
• Opening multiple accounts.
• Providing false information on an account.
• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Money laundering or conducting any unlawful financial activity.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions with other members.

If any of the above violations are detected, baazi 999 may immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit all balances.

Section 08 Responsible Gambling and Self-Restriction

If unauthorised access to your account occurs due to your own failure to maintain security, the full responsibility for any resulting loss lies with you.

Section 12 Changes to Terms

baazi 999 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. You will be informed of the new terms the first time you log in after a change. If you do not accept the updated terms, you have the option to stop using the account and withdraw your balance.

The latest version of these Terms will always be available on this page. Earlier versions will have no legal effect.

Section 13 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific games or promotions together form the entire agreement between baazi 999 and the user. Any prior oral or written discussions are superseded by this agreement.
